The 16VC Talent & Venture Fellowship is a 3-month remote program for undergraduate, master’s, and MBA students (or recent grads) who want to:

• Break into venture capital, startups, or the creator economy
• Work directly with a global VC firm from day zero
• Gain exposure to LPs, startup deals, and real-world fund operations
• Build your personal brand in tech, startups, or media

This is not a simulated VC experience. Fellows contribute directly to how 16VC operates, grows, and backs underestimated founders.
