Founders work in small groups with direct access to the 16VC team and advisors. We go deep on product, positioning, and go-to-market—and invest in a select few.

The 16VC Founder Fellowship is a 9-week, fully remote program for early-stage founders.

We focus on execution, clarity, and fundraising readiness—not lectures or theory.

Structure

• Duration: 9 weeks
• Format: Fully remote
• Cohort: 30–50 founders (organized into small working pods of 6–8 founders)

Each week includes:

• 1× Pod Session (Small Group)

  Focused working session with 6–8 founders

• 1× Full Cohort Session

  Deep dive on product, GTM, or fundraising

• Advisor Office Hours

  Optional targeted support

• Async Feedback

  Ongoing input from the 16VC team
